Program

The HomeNow text message program is operated by HomeNow LLC ("HomeNow", "we", "us"), a home-improvement contractor offering roofing, AC and heating, solar and home battery installation in Southern California, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona.

How you opt in

You join only by checking one or both optional, unchecked boxes on an estimate form at 1234homenow.com. Checking a box is not required to request an estimate or to buy anything. The two boxes are separate programs:

  • Estimate and project texts: “By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS customer care and appointment messages (estimate updates, appointment reminders, project updates) from HOMENOW (HOME NOW LLC). Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.”
  • Marketing texts: “By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS marketing messages (offers and promotions) from HOMENOW (HOME NOW LLC). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.”

After you opt in, we send one confirmation text.

What we send and how often

  • Estimate and project texts: replies to your estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates and customer care.
  • Marketing texts (only if you checked the marketing box): occasional offers and promotions on our services.

Message frequency varies with your project and the programs you joined.

Cost

HomeNow does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop all messages. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To join again, reply START or check a text message box on our form again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
